Shree Krishnapran Charity Trust was founded in the year 1942 by Padma Vibhushan (Late) Shri G.D. Birla, with Dr. S. Radhakrishna, Ms. Mahima Pedal, and other great personalities of that time as founder Trustees. Its primary objectives are to encourage, improve, and support the study of Hindu Religion and Philosophy, literature, art, and science—both technical and applied.
